Description du poste:

Senior Manager ERP D365 position within Inetum's Microsoft Business Line, focusing on business solutions (Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, etc.). The role involves managing large-scale ERP projects for major clients across various sectors, leading teams, and ensuring project quality and delivery.

Responsabilités:

Guarantee Inetum's commitments (quality, costs, deadlines) on major ERP projects for large corporate clients and mid-sized companies across all sectors
Build and lead teams from implementation phases to solution deployment in national and international contexts
Manage client relationships and lead governance meetings
Identify project risks and propose preventive actions and corrective plans
Manage contractual aspects and subcontractor supervision
Participate in pre-sales activities and tender responses in close collaboration with sales teams

Exigences:

Minimum 10 years of experience in an equivalent position
Functional and/or technical knowledge of ERP domain
Rigorous and organized
Ability to handle different facets of a project (commercial, contractual, and relational)
Strong synthesis skills and solid writing abilities
Fluent in both oral and written English and French
Enjoy playing a strategic role in ERP projects and becoming an internal reference

Souhaitable:

Enjoy challenges of project management in fast-changing business contexts
