Description du poste:

Senior Manager ERP position within Inetum's Microsoft Business Line, focusing on business solutions (Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain). The role involves managing major ERP projects for large clients across various sectors, leading teams, and ensuring project quality, costs, and deadlines.

Responsabilités:

Guarantee Inetum's commitments (quality, costs, deadlines) on major ERP projects for large accounts and mid-sized companies across all sectors
Build and lead a team from implementation phases to solution deployment in national and international contexts
Maintain client relationship and lead governance bodies
Identify project risks and propose preventive actions and action plans for identified malfunctions
Manage contractual aspects and supervision of any subcontractors
Participate in pre-sales activities and responses to tenders in close collaboration with sales teams

Exigences:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position
Functional and/or technical knowledge in the ERP domain
Rigorous and organized
Ability to handle different facets of a project (commercial, contractual, relational)
Strong synthesis skills and solid writing abilities
Fluent in both oral and written English and French
Enjoy strategic roles on ERP projects and becoming an internal reference

Souhaitable:

Experience in pre-sales activities and responding to tenders
Strategic thinking on ERP projects
