Responsabilités:

Manage a team (management, skills development, mentoring)
Manage a client portfolio (economic monitoring and autonomous client relationship, high-level advice)
Participate in business development (promotion and deployment of SS Next offers, qualification of business opportunities within your scope, being with a team on end-to-end pre-sales activities and development of new value propositions)
Be at the heart of the firm's development (participation in managerial bodies, leading one or more internal projects, participation in external events, active contribution to the recruitment of the entity)

Exigences:

Bac +5 or equivalent from an Engineering or Business School or University with a specialization in HR transformations
10 years or more of experience including a stint in a consulting firm
recognized interpersonal skills
leadership and management skills
proficiency in English
