The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager is a strategic partner for clients, leveraging technical expertise and leadership to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, on time and within budget. The role involves translating clients' strategic vision into concrete and high-performance action plans and mobilizing teams and stakeholders to complete large-scale projects.
Responsabilités
Define and execute comprehensive and detailed project plans aligned with clients' strategic objectives
Maintain a clear vision of project objectives and ensure alignment with client needs
Adapt strategy according to changing contexts
Master project management methodologies and adapt them to the specificities of each project
Possess an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions and their implementation
Analyze project data, anticipate risks, and implement proactive mitigation plans
Establish transparent and regular communication with all stakeholders
Lead workshops and project meetings
Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and support them throughout the project
Motivate and supervise project team members
Effectively manage changes in project scope
Support teams in adopting new Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
Ensure that the implemented solutions meet the specific needs of clients and contribute to their long-term success
Exigences
Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in large-scale IT project delivery
Solid experience in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O project delivery
Experience with hybrid methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) desired
PMP certification is a significant asset
Preferred experience in project management within manufacturing, financial, distribution, or service industries
