Senior buyer facility management services and energy

• Define procurement strategies with the multifunctional team
• Lead call for tenders, negotiate suppliers commercial and financial offers
• Write and negotiate procurement contracts with suppliers
• Support the organizations in charge of building maintenance in the procurements strategy definition
• Define and maintain a constant communication with the multifunctional team mains stakeholders
• Manage suppliers relationships and identify and deploy new suppliers when applicable
• Lead multifunctional teams during the call for tender
• Write and negotiate contractual terms and obtain savings
• Ensure contract management during the contract validity period
• Ensure ethics & compliance and apply the procurement processes
• Resolve potential blockages and recommend solutions to operational and contractual problems
• Monitor and initiate actions to facilitate timely payment to the supplier minimizing disruption of Airbus processes

• Master degree (or equivalent) in procurement or Industrial Engineering, or a diploma with equivalent work experience
• 5 years or more of experience in procurement and negotiations, writing and negotiating contracts ideally in building services, utilities
• Very good knowledge about the market and suppliers
• Able to communicate and interact with different hierarchical levels
• Agile and can manage in parallel several subjects and identify the urgent and important one
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• French and English language (fluent in both languages) is mandatory

Experience in procurement tools such as SAP, Google workspace, etc.
