Responsabilités

  • Provide safe, functional, fully equipped and clean accommodation for guests
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest questions and needs with a friendly attitude
  • Provide detailed information about local area, campsite facilities and services
  • Clean accommodation at start of season and after each guest departure
  • Facilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes including key handover, deposit handling, and registration
  • Handle night calls on a rotational basis

  • Strong working knowledge of English
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform daily physical tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Comfortable with IT tools (Google Drive, smartphones, tablets, cloud-based systems)
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Team-oriented attitude with ability to collaborate effectively

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal menus, special events, and bespoke guest requests
  • Monitor food storage, labeling, and stock rotation in compliance with HACCP procedures
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Supervise and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs within the pastry section
  • Collaborate with other kitchen sections and F&B teams to ensure seamless service across all outlets
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or equipment issues promptly to the Head Pastry Chef or Executive Chef
  • Minimize waste and ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients and finished products

  • Collect, sort, transport, and distribute clean and soiled linens, towels, and uniforms throughout the hotel
  • Ensure housekeeping carts, supply closets, and linen rooms remain stocked and organized to support daily operations
  • Deliver guest amenities and requested items such as extra towels, linens, pillows, cribs, or rollaway beds in a timely manner
  • Assist Suite Attendants by delivering supplies, removing used linen, and preparing rooms for efficient turnover
  • Support housekeeping leadership with special projects, seasonal cleaning, and operational tasks as required
