Description du poste:

As a Trainee in SAP User Management, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of SAP user accounts. You will gain hands-on experience in managing user access, roles, and permissions within the SAP environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to develop their skills in SAP and user management.

Responsabilités:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of SAP user accounts
  • Support the assignment and management of user roles and permissions
  • Monitor and report on user access and activities to ensure compliance with security policies
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve user access issues
  • Participate in user training and provide support to end-users on SAP-related queries
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records of user management activities

Exigences:

  • A strong interest in SAP and user management
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
  • Basic understanding of IT and software applications
  • English is a must (minimum level B2)
