Responsabilités

  • Conception de l’ingénierie pédagogique : Définir et déployer la stratégie de formation initiale et continue des sites internes et externes qui travaillent sur le marché français
  • Optimisation des outils de vente : Création et revue permanente des scripts de vente, argumentaires et guides de traitement des objections pour maximiser l'impact commercial
  • Innovation pédagogique : Construire des contenus modernes et des outils digitaux adaptés aux enjeux du marché
  • KPIs & Data : Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés (taux de conversion, délai de montée en compétence, qualité de vente) pour aligner la formation sur les objectifs business
  • Accélération de l'Onboarding : Concevoir des programmes d'intégration ultra-efficaces pour réduire le 'Time to Revenue' des nouveaux agents
  • Formation Continue : Déployer des actions de formation et de coaching auprès de la production pour améliorer la performance, lancer de nouveaux produits ou process
  • Amélioration Continue : Collaborer avec les Sales Ops, la Qualité et le WFM pour identifier les écarts de performance et ajuster la stratégie en temps réel
  • Harmonisation des pratiques de vente : Être garant d’un discours commercial uniforme et harmonisé auprès des équipes de Management et Commerciales
  • Leadership d'équipe : Recruter, manager et faire monter en compétence votre équipe de Sales Coaches / Trainers (6 personnes)
  • Culture de l'Excellence : Instaurer des rituels de coaching de proximité et de shadowing pour ancrer les meilleures pratiques de vente
  • Planification : Superviser le calendrier de formation en fonction des besoins, des impératifs de production et de la stratégie Papernest

Exigences

  • Expertise Vente : + 5 ans d'expérience en formation commerciale (idéalement en Contact Center / Scale-up). Une expérience dans l'énergie ou les télécoms est un plus
  • Leadership : Tu as déjà encadré des formateurs ou coachs de vente, et tu as la capacité de bâtir un département de toutes pièces en totale autonomie
  • Culture du Résultat : Tu maîtrises les KPIs commerciaux et transformes l'analyse en solutions concrètes
  • Influence : Excellent.e communicant.e, tu sais collaborer efficacement et faire avancer tes projets auprès des directions Opérationnelles et RH
  • Français bilingue, anglais courant
