Take the path of a career dedicated to Microsoft, ensuring long-term career development thanks to exponential market needs and the opportunity to develop crucial expertise for businesses and organizations.

Responsabilités:

Participate in the creation and optimization of prospecting tools (CRM, mailing, commercial presentations)
Attend customer meetings and solution demonstrations with the sales manager
Collaborate with the marketing team for the creation of communication materials (brochures, case studies, customer testimonials)
Contribute to the organization of events (webinars, trade shows, conferences) to promote Microsoft Dynamics activity
Conduct competitive and technological watch to anticipate market developments
Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt the commercial offer
Participate in the writing of commercial proposals and responses to calls for tenders
Ensure the follow-up of offers and contracts in progress
Design training modules on Microsoft Dynamics solutions and associated sales techniques
Organize and lead training sessions for internal sales teams to improve their skills and product knowledge
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and bring continuous improvements

Exigences:

Master 1 or 2 from a Business School or Engineering School (EFREI, ESILV, SKEMA, EDHEC...) or equivalent University
Specialization in IT Commerce
Rigor and organization
Good interpersonal skills and appetite for analysis and negotiation
Autonomy and proactivity
Ability to step back and manage priorities in a very changing environment
Mastery of English and French (oral and written)
