Ce poste gère, au sein du département B2B & Supply, les activités de distribution de toute notre gamme de produits destinés aux « Consommateurs ». Le Sales representative suit un portefeuille clients de +-80 clients consommateurs. Il travaille sous la direction du Directeur Commercial & Supply, et est en relation transversale avec le référent Lubrifiants & spécialités ainsi que les équipes (Opérations et Finances) dédiées aux activités B2B & supply.

Responsabilités:

  • Respecter les règles et engagements de Groupe en matière d’H.S.E.
  • Respecter le code de conduite du Groupe
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration de la liasse budgétaire
  • Présenter, argumenter et commenter auprès de sa hiérarchie, ses propositions de réalisation de volumes, marges unitaires et part de marché
  • Garantir la prospection du marché
  • Garantir le suivi commercial de la clientèle
  • Garantir la bonne gestion du risque clients
  • Se rendre disponible pour effectuer toute autre tâche professionnelle que lui confierait sa hiérarchie

Exigences:

  • Universitaire et/ou Ecole de management / Commerce
  • Expérience de 2 ans minimum en marketing et dans le domaine commercial /pétrolier
  • Parfaite connaissance du pays et des marchés locaux
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Wolrd, Powerpoint, SAP, SALSA…)
  • Bonne présentation
  • Capacité d’Ecoute, de Ténacité, de négociation, de Prise de décision, d’organisation et de management
  • Bon contact commercial, et parfaite intégrité

Souhaitable:

  • La connaissance de l’anglais est un plus
  • La connaissance du mandarin est un plus

  • Provide front line service and support to customers, technicians and management
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate branch personnel
  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, inventory management, supply management, shipping and delivery of spare parts
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, responding to their requests, managing their concerns and problems and providing them with a complete solution
  • Estimate the cost and time required for maintenance and repairs, fill out and review repair orders with customers and ensure the vehicle is delivered on time
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians and manage the status of work orders
  • Engage in learning and coaching activities to improve one's own abilities
  • Comply with company, store and department policies, as well as health and safety program and regulations
  • Perform other tasks as required
  • Respond to customer quote requests, needs, inquiries and concerns
