Sales Manager H/F – Industrie Aéronautique. Région Centre Bourges CDI – Statut Cadre. MORRIGHAN Conseil recrute pour un acteur industriel international spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication d’équipements de haute technologie destinés au secteur aéronautique et défense. Dans un contexte de développement commercial stratégique et d’expansion internationale, nous recherchons un(e) Sales Manager capable de piloter et développer un portefeuille clients majeurs sur des marchés techniques exigeants.

Responsabilités:

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie commerciale sur votre périmètre
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de business
  • Développer les ventes auprès des OEM et acteurs majeurs du secteur
  • Participer aux réponses aux appels d’offres
  • Assurer la relation avec les clients grands comptes
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales et contractuelles
  • Suivre les contrats long terme
  • Garantir la satisfaction client
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, programmes et production
  • Participer à la construction des offres techniques et financières
  • Assurer un reporting régulier à la Direction
  • Analyser les tendances du marché aéronautique
  • Identifier les évolutions concurrentielles
  • Contribuer à la stratégie de positionnement produit

Exigences:

  • Formation supérieure (école d’ingénieur ou formation commerciale avec forte culture technique)
  • Expérience confirmée en vente industrielle dans le secteur aéronautique
  • Expérience en gestion de comptes stratégiques / OEM
  • Maîtrise des environnements contractuels complexes
  • Anglais courant impératif (environnement international)
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant (qualité, certification, contraintes réglementaires)
  • Forte orientation business
  • Leadership et capacité de négociation
