Stage Sales Manager (H/F) pour une durée de 6 mois (stage full time) pour rejoindre notre mission chez EGYM Wellpass (ex-Gymlib) et contribuer à la croissance de notre réseau de partenaires sportifs. Dans ce rôle, vous identifiez et accompagnez de nouveaux partenaires, soutenez l’équipe Partenariats dans leurs missions quotidiennes et participez à l’expansion du portefeuille afin d’offrir une expérience de bien-être unique à nos utilisateurs en France, Belgique et Luxembourg.

Responsabilités

  • Prospection : identifier et contacter de nouveaux partenaires sportifs
  • Campagnes : assurer le suivi des campagnes de prospection
  • Cycle : gérer les demandes de référencement entrantes : qualification, négociation et contractualisation
  • Support : obtenir des rendez-vous qualifiés pour l’équipe de Sales Managers
  • Veille : suivre les nouveaux acteurs et tendances du marché du sport
  • Outils : piloter les outils de prospection (CRM, scrapping…)
  • Collaboration : travailler avec les Account Managers pour optimiser l’expérience utilisateur sur l’application EGYM Wellpass

Exigences

  • Formation : Master en école de commerce ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience : 4 à 6 mois d’expérience commerciale en B2B
  • Relationnel : communication efficace avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Résultats : orienté(e) objectifs et performance
  • Curiosité : pose les bonnes questions et apprend vite
  • Organisation : gère plusieurs sujets en parallèle avec rigueur
  • Collaboration : travaille efficacement avec les équipes transverses
