Description du poste:

Stage (6 à 12 mois). Rattaché(e) au Sales Manager, tu participeras activement au développement commercial de WeKare et à la croissance du réseau de praticiens membres. Véritable pilier de l’équipe Sales, tu contribueras à chaque étape du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la conversion.

Responsabilités:

  • Prospection et génération de leads
  • Identifier et qualifier de nouveaux prospects (médecins, spécialistes, thérapeutes, acteurs de la santé)
  • Mettre en place des campagnes de prospection multicanales (LinkedIn, CRM, email, téléphone, événements)
  • Construire et enrichir la base de données clients en coordination avec les équipes marketing et opérations
  • Gestion du pipeline commercial
  • Participer activement au suivi des opportunités dans le CRM
  • Aider à la préparation des rendez-vous commerciaux (analyse du besoin, argumentaire, présentation de l’offre)
  • Accompagner les leads jusqu’à la signature du contrat en collaboration avec le Sales Manager
  • Stratégie & outils commerciaux
  • Contribuer à la construction de la stratégie commerciale sur les différents marchés régionaux
  • Participer à la création de supports de vente (présentations, plaquettes, argumentaires)
  • Aider à la mise en place d’outils de suivi (reportings, tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance)
  • Collaboration transverse
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, opérations et customer success pour assurer une expérience client fluide
  • Être le relais terrain des besoins clients et remonter les insights pertinents pour améliorer l’offre WeKare

Exigences:

  • Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, université ou formation équivalente (Bac +4/5)
  • Première expérience en vente, développement commercial ou business development appréciée
  • Excellent sens du relationnel et de la communication
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux (Pipedrive, AirCall, Notion, Excel, etc.)
  • Goût pour le challenge, la prospection et le contact client
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats
