Joining Matera's Sales team, you will have the opportunity to interact daily with very different contacts! There are 600,000 co-ownerships in France, each constituting a unique community whose functioning we must understand to convince them to join us. Our prospects can range from a small 3-lot co-ownership in a rural area, already autonomous, to a large 300-unit residential complex in the city center, managed by a professional against whom we will present a competitive offer.
Responsabilités
Manage relationships with prospects
Conduct demos with leads qualified by SDRs and define next steps in the sales cycle
Understand the role of contacts within the co-ownership and their needs to adapt the offer
Establish a relationship of trust with co-owners, presidents, and members of the syndicate board
Convince the majority of the co-ownership directly and indirectly
Pitch the solution during General Meetings to obtain contract signature and handover to the Care department
Analyze levers to improve conversion
Relay feedback from prospects/clients to help improve the product
Help organize client events
Participate in the continuous improvement of internal discourse and processes
Exigences
Several years of experience in sales
Enjoy B2C sales and customer contact
Determined with good execution ability
Motivated by achieving goals and managing a high volume of leads
Strong team spirit and quick problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts and get to the point
