An opportunity to have an impact by accompanying our leads to transform them into future tenants! Colonies is a leader in the field of real estate and property management operating in France, Belgium, Germany and Spain. Our team, made up of experts in real estate, renovation and operations, is dedicated to providing quality housing solutions. We are currently looking for an intern to join our Sales team. As a Sales Development Intern with us, you will play an essential role in the growth and success of Colonies by contacting and qualifying potential customers and opportunities. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs and guiding them throughout the process of applying for one of our housing solutions. The main objective of this position is to convert prospects into opportunities and then into real tenants.

Responsabilités:

Contact each lead from our acquisition channels via our CRM tool using multiple channels
Present our product and ensure the lead's profile/search matches well using Colonies tools (website, knowledge base, back-office)
Follow each lead at each stage of the sales process (new lead, lead to follow up, follow-up needed, qualified lead)

Exigences:

Currently in higher education and looking for an internship of maximum 6 months in a growing company
Attracted to sales and known for interpersonal skills, especially for communicating with potential clients
Organizational skills and rigor
Understand and can make oneself understood in English in order to communicate with our international tenants
