Join GuestReady as a Sales Associate! GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company. We’re now looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Associate for our French Market with strong communication and closing skills to convert inbound and outbound owner leads into long-term GuestReady partners and help them unlock the full potential of their properties.

Responsabilités:

  • Manage qualified inbound leads from property owners interested in GuestReady’s services
  • Prospect and acquire new clients: identify and actively contact potential property owners
  • Schedule and lead meetings to present GuestReady’s services
  • Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities, managing the full sales cycle
  • Analyze properties and owners’ objectives to propose tailored short-term rental strategies
  • Provide clear, timely answers to prospects’ questions and objections
  • Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover after contract signature
  • Support prospects throughout the decision process, ensuring a positive and confident experience
  • Monitor individual performance and provide regular reporting to your manager
  • Continuously develop market knowledge in short-term rentals and real estate to become a trusted advisor

Exigences:

  • Initial experience in sales, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or a related sector
  • Strong closing skills and motivation to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience with outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong attention to detail and spelling)
  • French native speaker, good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Professional, diplomatic, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized, rigorous, and able to manage a full sales cycle independently
