Join Sopra Steria, a leading European tech organization with 56,000 employees in nearly 30 countries. Participate in digital transformation missions as a Sales Account Manager, focusing on client strategy, opportunity identification, and fostering relationships while supporting technical and sales teams.

Responsabilités:

  • Implement strategy on assigned client perimeter
  • hunt new opportunities and log into forecasts
  • create and maintain client relationships from opportunity to order
  • define and implement prospecting plans with specific weekly milestones
  • prioritize and track actions for opportunities
  • review opportunities and plans weekly with technical teams and sales director
  • ensure weekly reporting with agency review
  • update forecast in CRM
  • ensure healthy revenue growth and successful transformations
  • assist with recovery of bad debts
  • act as liaison between technical manager, sales manager, and proactively resolve issues
  • maintain sales-related databases
  • communicate necessary information to the back office
  • define forecasts that anticipate market fluctuations
  • monitor product and client trends and share with teams
