Join CIMPA and participate in a great Human and Technological Adventure at the heart of Digital Transformation! Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (consultants, management, industrial direction) to support the development of our agency. Work as a Sales - Business Manager PLM with responsibilities in commercial strategy deployment, customer relationship management, and pre-sales activities.

Responsabilités:

Deployment of commercial strategy
Follow a defined account plan
Execute a development plan
Report key commercial information
Customer relationship management
Prospect and identify opportunities with new or existing clients
Analyze client organizations and challenges
Propose different approaches and/or systems with validation and respecting standards
Participate in monitoring production activities
Ensure customer satisfaction, detect and alert potential commercial risks
Pre-sales activities
Participate in technical and commercial proposals, tenders

Exigences:

First experience in a similar role in a service company
Experience working with industrial accounts in the PACA sector
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Autonomous and organized
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stress resistance
Customer-oriented
Team spirit
