Description du poste:

Au sein de l’équipe Contrôle des Risques d’Ellipsis AM, vous contribuerez au suivi et à l’analyse des risques des portefeuilles sous gestion. Votre rôle couvrira l’analyse et le suivi des expositions, la production des indicateurs, ainsi que l’amélioration des outils de gestion des risques. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement varié et sur un périmètre diversifié de fonds et de stratégies, en collaboration étroite avec l’ensemble des équipes de la société de gestion.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer le suivi des limites de risques règlementaires, statutaires et internes sur l’ensemble des portefeuilles sous gestion
  • Identifier et analyser les risques financiers (marché, liquidité, crédit, contrepartie) par fonds et par stratégie
  • Calculer les indicateurs de risques (exposition, volatilité, sensibilités, stress tests, indicateurs de liquidité) et veiller au respect des profils de risques
  • Intégrer dans les outils les nouveaux contrôles et mesures de risques liés au développement de l’activité (lancement de fonds, nouvelles stratégies ou instruments)
  • Produire les rapports de risques et reportings réglementaires
  • Participer à la préparation et à l’animation des comités des risques
  • Contribuer activement au développement et à l’amélioration continue des outils de suivi des risques et de restitution des données
  • Participer à l’évolution du référentiel de données risques afin d’intégrer les évolutions réglementaires et les nouveaux besoins métiers

Exigences:

  • De formation bac + 5 en finance de marché
  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en contrôle des risques au sein d’une société de gestion
  • Familier avec l’environnement Asset Management
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation applicable aux OPCVM et FIA
  • Très bonne maîtrise en Python, VBA et SQL
  • Bon niveau d’anglais
  • Grande rigueur
  • Qualités relationnelles et de communication
  • Forte implication personnelle
