Matera is looking for an additional person to join the Operations department, currently made up of eight people. As a Junior Revenue Ops, your mission will be to improve the efficiency of the Sales teams and contribute to the optimization of operational processes for our three products in two countries.

Responsabilités

Contribute to the optimization and automation of processes using no-code tools (Make, Zapier), artificial intelligence (Dust), and vibe coding (Lovable) to improve conversion and commercial performance
Provide daily support to Sales teams to maintain and improve their efficiency
Use Looker (data visualization tool) to analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities
Optimize the use and adoption of tools available to Sales teams (Hubspot, Notion, Chili Piper, etc.)

Exigences

Two years of experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first permanent contract) in Operations, Consulting, or in contact with a Sales team
Organized, rigorous, autonomous, with good analytical skills and enjoys working on concrete projects
Solid skills in organization and project management
Proactive and a source of proposals
Affinity for numbers and data, with a solid foundation in Google Sheets/Excel
Ability to connect with diverse teams and simplify technical issues to rally support for new processes
Speaks English (essential for communicating with teams in Germany)
Master's Degree
