Responsabilités

  • Manage complete lead assignment logic in CRM
  • ensure all incoming leads are assigned quickly and systematically track human follow-ups
  • design and maintain assignment rules (territory, rotation, priority levels)
  • design, implement and optimize AI-assisted follow-up systems
  • ensure every qualified lead is integrated into structured engagement sequences (5 to 10 interactions)
  • continuously improve the use of AI to generate messages, personalize approaches, adapt sequences based on lead behavior and signals
  • act as the link between AI tools and revenue teams (GTM)
  • ensure AI-generated communications are relevant, timely and actionable for sellers
  • translate sales team feedback into improvements to AI flows and logic
  • enable sellers to easily interact with and convert AI-generated conversations
  • integrate and operationalize data from multiple sources (intent signals, contact data, inbound activity)
  • structure and enrich data to improve AI performance and segmentation
  • identify and correct gaps in data flows, enrichment and quality
  • integrate partner data (certifications, partner leads, co-sell signals) into CRM/marketing workflows to improve targeting and visibility
  • ensure visibility of partner certification requirements (Google, Adobe, Shopify, etc.) and track status
  • set up automated workflows to identify certification gaps and trigger follow-ups
  • capture and structure partner successes, use cases and proofs for reuse by sales/marketing teams
  • collaborate with Partnerships team to align certifications with GTM priorities and co-sell opportunities
  • track and report lead response time, lead-to-meeting conversion rates, pipeline generated, effectiveness of AI-driven actions
  • continuously test and optimize messages, segmentation, follow-up cadence
  • identify bottlenecks in lead management and conversion
  • design scalable workflows reducing manual effort
  • ensure no qualified lead is neglected
  • track partner-influenced pipeline, certification coverage and partner campaign effectiveness

Exigences

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations or growth
  • strong experience with CRM and lead lifecycle management
  • hands-on experience with automation and AI tools in go-to-market processes
  • demonstrated ability to design and optimize workflows combining automation and human execution
  • comfortable with data, segmentation and performance indicators
  • mastery of AI applied to real business processes (not just experimental)
  • experience with partner ecosystems and certification/co-sell models (asset)
  • systemic thinking: design of scalable processes rather than reliance on manual work
  • connector mindset: ability to bridge between marketing, sales and technology
  • results-oriented: focus on pipeline and conversion, not just activity
