You will pilot all activities of a production unit (welding, NDT and treatments) in compliance with safety, quality, cost, and deadlines objectives, and ensure the management of the production unit personnel with the support of proximity managers. You will ensure the adequacy of the load capacity of the unit, carry out actions contributing to the respect of cycles, manage priorities, participate in the construction of the budget with the direction, analyze the operational performance of products (ranges/repairs/cycles), and carry out necessary corrective actions and expenses of the unit. You will develop the versatility plan of the unit, define and pilot the performance indicators of the unit.
