Responsable système de gestion de la sécurité essai en vol / flight test safety management system officer

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Flight Test (FT) Safety Management System (SMS) Manager to join our Flight Test and Integration Centre (FTIC) team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work on improving the flight operations safety of the A220 program. You will be part of the Test and Analysis team responsible for developing the preparation and execution support for all our flight and integration tests. You will have a functional link with the Flight Test Safety Officer (FTSO) and with the multidisciplinary Safety Management System (SMS) organisation. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as FT SMS Manager will be to manage all "safety" activities involving the test centre, related on one hand to the safety of our flight (and ground) operations and on the other hand to the safety of the A220 product for its operators. The SMS is a multidisciplinary organisation that touches the entire company (design office, production, quality, etc.); you will act as the focal point for the FTIC.
