Description du poste:

Rattaché(e) au Responsable IT du site, vous intégrez une équipe locale à taille humaine, composée notamment de profils support, projet, SAP et systèmes métiers. Vous intervenez sur des projets variés autour de SAP et des outils de production.

Responsabilités:

Interface between business and SAP tool, translating operational needs into functional solutions
Support users daily, ensuring a role of support, analysis, and continuous improvement
Involved in exchanges with the headquarters based in the UK, as part of regular projects and process meetings
Participate in the evolution of production tools interfaced with SAP (MES, production management, shipping...)
Contribute to the management of interfaces between SAP and other systems in place
Take part in regular team meetings, promoting precise activity management and controlled autonomy
Involve yourself in understanding internal processes, in connection with central teams, to enrich your actions with true business perspective

Exigences:

Significant experience with SAP (business background with advanced use of the tool or functional profile)
Humble, attentive, appreciates the role of facilitator with teams
Pedagogical and diplomatic
Mastery of English (B2) for oral exchanges with headquarters teams as part of projects
