• Promote risk management in the unit
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of Ingka rules and local legislation on health and safety
• Conduct internal controls and analyze unit processes and data
• Identify and plan necessary training for unit employees and external partners
• Create a culture of risk and compliance
• Be the main point of contact for risk-related questions from authorities
• Coordinate the unit's crisis management team
• Coordinate external suppliers for function contracts

• Good understanding of business processes
• Ability to implement, lead and manage programs
• Ability to understand and translate key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives into tangible actions
• Strong knowledge of current legislation and operation of fire safety and security systems
• Ability to work autonomously and reliably while respecting agreed safety measures
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Ability to maintain integrity of security systems, rules and documents
• Strong analytical skills and mastery of financial data
• Ability to set priorities and organize work according to agreed security priorities
• Mastery of English, both written and spoken
