Description du poste:

As a Responsable Ressources Humaines, you will serve as the People & Culture business partner for the unit manager, lead a team, and work towards creating the best employee experience. You will implement HR strategies, develop leadership capacities, support training, and ensure skill development within the unit, as well as collaborate with local employment organizations and schools. This role involves both strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic, multidimensional environment.

Responsabilités:

  • Be the People & Culture business partner for the unit manager on all HR matters
  • Lead and develop the People & Culture team to ensure an excellent employee experience
  • Implement and respect IKEA France's People & Culture strategy, guidelines, and action plans
  • Encourage the management team to develop leadership capacities according to business needs
  • Support skill and performance development by setting objectives and coaching unit managers
  • Ensure training and skill development within the unit
  • Build local partnerships with employment organizations and schools to attract talent
  • Ensure a strong and positive local employer brand aligned with IKEA France's employer branding messages.

Exigences:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, 2 years in management or proven training in Human Resource Management or equivalent and experience in a global matrix organization and/or participating in international projects
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Passionate about people and convinced of the importance of driving business through employee potential
  • Committed to contributing to the best employee experience
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing, and multidimensional environment
  • Knowledge of planning, attracting, identifying, developing, rewarding, and supporting employees and their careers at IKEA on a national level
  • Knowledge of integrating new employees into IKEA effectively and efficiently
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and motivated by continuous improvement
  • Ability to implement long-term plans, establish budgets, and set goals
  • Familiarity with leveraging the latest Human Resources innovations to improve organizational operations
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team of specialists handling multiple priorities, initiatives, and tasks
  • Ability to use business knowledge and influence digital best practices to achieve organizational goals
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiatives, and accept responsibilities
  • Effective communication, influencing, and inspirational skills
  • Knowledge of employee rights, employer obligations, mediation between stakeholders, unions, and public authorities.
