• Define, standardize and optimize project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Maintain and promote tools, models and performance indicators
• Train and support teams in project culture and best practices
• Supervise ongoing projects: budget, planning, quality and resources
• Identify synergies, prioritize actions and manage dependencies
• Prepare steering committees and provide strategic recommendations
• Supervise, motivate and develop the project manager team
• Set individual and collective objectives and monitor performance
• Promote autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with different departments and internal stakeholders
• Guarantee fluid communication and optimal resource allocation
• Monitor project KPIs: progress, risks, deviations, ROI
• Design and disseminate clear and synthetic dashboards (Power BI, Excel)
• Formulate recommendations based on factual analyses
• Identify levers of efficiency and quality in project management
• Carry out technological and methodological monitoring (AI, automation, innovative tools)
• Contribute to the maturity of the organization in project management

• Master or equivalent (Bac +5) in project management, engineering, management or business
• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex project management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project team management
• Experience in a dynamic or multi-site environment (consulting, health, data, services...)
• Professional English proficiency (oral and written) is essential
• Excellent knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Mastery of project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Trello, Monday.com, Excel
• Ability to design and monitor dashboards and performance indicators (Power BI)
• Skills in process optimization and budget management
• Knowledge of the health / market research sector and compliance standards (RGPD, BHBIA, EphMRA) is an asset
