Within a context of structuring and development of Group Marketing, we are recruiting a Head of Digital Marketing & Corporate Communication. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, your mission is to define and drive the group's digital and communication strategy, in close collaboration with subsidiaries and internal teams (especially IT). You operate in a multi-brand and international environment, with a key objective: to strengthen the group's visibility, develop digital performance, and ensure brand image consistency at the group and subsidiary level.
Responsabilités
Define and deploy the group's digital and communication strategy
Lead the digital ecosystem and e-commerce
Act as the interface between Marketing and IT
Manage the Communication & Branding team
Exigences
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in an international, multi-brand, and/or B2B industrial environment
Experience managing significant digital projects (websites, CMS, e-commerce, analytics)
Experience in managing or coordinating expert teams
Ability to define a marketing and digital strategy aligned with business challenges and translate it into concrete, high-performance actions
Technical culture to interact effectively with IT teams and contribute to strategic choices
Ability to manage external providers and cross-functional projects
Strong brand sensitivity to ensure consistency of corporate communication internationally
Structured and unifying, able to mobilize teams and stakeholders around common projects
