Description du poste:

Matériaux SIMC, a construction materials and DIY superstore, is looking for a Libre-Service Manager for its Aubagne agency. The role involves managing the self-service area, leading a team, and driving commercial performance through customer service, sales, and inventory management.

Responsabilités:

Take care of the customer (welcome, listening, identification of needs, technical advice)
Sell our DIY products in self-service: Bosch, Makita, Dewalt, Spit,...
Manage quotes and follow-ups
Organize and animate various commercial actions
Manage orders, restocking, store inventories
Ensure orders, product returns, after-sales service and disputes in connection with suppliers
Know, respect and enforce safety rules
Be in constant contact with traveling salespeople and the agency manager on potential markets

Exigences:

At least 2 years of experience in the trade or in a DIY store in a similar position or as a department manager
Mastery of sales techniques
Mastery of IT tools
Relational qualities to manage and lead a sales team
Listening skills
Analytical finesse
Rigor
Organizational skills

Fixed salary + variable starting from 25 K€ depending on experience and profile
