The role is to drive business transformation and competitiveness to achieve financial objectives, ensuring data integrity and data-driven decision-making, interacting with senior leadership. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as a Finance Lead will be to define the business transformation strategy, and ensure budget discipline (Non-Rec and RC), financial reporting, and the CAPEX process.

  • Finalize and ensure adherence to the business case
  • Lead competitiveness benchmarking for A220 and recommend cost saving strategies
  • Define and drive the business transformation strategy in collaboration with internal partners
  • Manage the overall Capital Expenditure (Capex) process
  • Ensure budget discipline (Forecasts, OP, Flight Path) and financial process support
  • Ensure on-time, quality Financial Reporting of actuals and effective internal controls
  • Evaluate investments and recommend cost reduction solutions
  • Lead a team of 2 direct reports, fostering a culture of credibility and partnership

Exigences:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least fifteen (15) years of proven business partnering experience, ideally in a complex and international manufacturing environment
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a senior leadership role focused on financial transformation or change management
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end finance system implementations (e.g., ERP rollout)
  • Exceptional project and program management skills
  • Deep knowledge of current financial technologies and processes, including data analysis and forecasting models
  • Clear communication, demonstrated ability to influence, and a partnership mindset
  • Fluent/Negotiation level in French and English
  • Regular business travels will be expected
  • consequently you must be willing to travel accordingly
  • This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
