Responsable Endpoint Modern Workplace position within the Information Systems Department of Sopra Steria Group, managing a team of 23 people responsible for Windows and Mac workstation management in a dynamic technological environment serving 51,000 people.

Responsabilités

Lead the EndPoint Modern Workplace activity
Team management, distribution of roles and responsibilities
Operational monitoring of activity: responsibility for performance and achievement of objectives
Ensure quality of service and incident response (from implementation to N2/N3 support)
Reporting to the Modern Workplace Manager
HR management of 9 French employees: definition and monitoring of individual objectives, support in skills development, recruitment
HR support for foreign employees (Spain, Tunisia, India)
Ensure software management of workstations
Evaluation of new equipment
Deployment
Compliance monitoring
Securing
Evolve technical solutions
Define, develop and operate workstation configurations and technical solutions: Windows 11, Intune, AutoPilot, MECM, AD, Azure AD, MacOS
Automate tasks and application packaging: PowerShell Scripting
Regularly work with technical correspondents from foreign subsidiaries
Ensure interaction with other DSI teams: Ensure integration of solutions with existing systems
Collaborate with various architects and project managers to guarantee technical consistency of infrastructures

Exigences

At least 8 years of professional experience in managing Windows and Mac platforms (with Microsoft, Apple or third-party vendor tools)
Graduate of Bac+5 from an Engineering School or equivalent university education
Previous experience in team management
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams while fostering collaboration and employee development
Fluent in English
Appreciate working in an intercultural environment
