Description du poste:

Lead the solidarity and civic engagement initiatives within Sopra Steria, with a focus on philanthropic strategies, employee volunteerism, digital inclusion, and advocacy while driving international coherence. Contribute to sustainability governance and collaborate cross-functionally to establish impactful initiatives.

Responsabilités:

Define, strengthen and communicate corporate philanthropy strategy around education and digital inclusion
coordinate solidarity actions internationally
manage relations with corporate foundations
organize transition of philanthropy actions in France
build and manage partnerships with non-profit organizations
evaluate social impact of supported projects
structure and evolve innovative employee engagement mechanisms
integrate these initiatives with HR and local entities
mobilize employees
maintain international ambassador communities
monitor engagement indicators and conduct internal communication campaigns
represent the company in associations and external groups
produce external advocacy content
ensure team management and budget autonomy
report solidarity and engagement metrics
contribute to sustainability reports and extra-financial audits.

Exigences:

Bac +5 or equivalent with specialization in RSE, social sciences or public policy
10-15 years of experience in similar roles in a private enterprise, NGO, consultancy or public interest structure
proven experience in corporate philanthropy, volunteering, and societal impact regulations
experience with ESN sector, technology, or consulting
strategic vision and ability to structure impact policies
excellent project management and leadership skills in an international setting
bilingual in English (oral and written), second language is a plus
strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

Souhaitable:

Experience in ESN, technology, or consulting
second foreign language
experience with sustainability or CSR governance
experience with community engagement.
