Apprenticeship position as Management Control and Operations Manager at IKEA store in Chatres, France. Part of the store management team responsible for leading the store toward sustainable profitability and growth while managing security, administrative services, accounting, and reconditioning departments.

Responsabilités:

Part of store management team leading store toward growth and long-term profitability
Responsible for security and safety, administrative service and accounting, reconditioning departments
Operational management of the store with the Director (contribution to business plan development, commercial strategy, local marketing plan, action plans, setting and monitoring objectives)
Ensure store is safe and secure environment for visitors and employees
Work with commercial team to maximize local market opportunities
Provide accurate accounting in accordance with legal framework and IKEA financial rules
Negotiate contracts with external service providers
Minimize environmental impact of investments
Communicate important business information to managers and employees
Recruit, develop and lead team

Exigences:

Experience in creating and implementing action plans
Experience in budget development, financial results analysis and goal monitoring
Management experience in a financial or commercial function requiring analytical skills
Clear communication skills in French and English (written and oral)
Results-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently
Experience working in dynamic, forward-looking environments
Listening skills and adaptable management style
