Sopra Steria is a major European tech player with over 56,000 employees in 30+ countries, focusing on consulting, digital services, and software. The Transport division seeks to meet new technological, reliability, and environmental challenges in sectors such as rail production, passenger experience, omnichannel sales, and data management.

Responsabilités:

validate inputs, design, and estimations
guarantee good practices and ensure quality technical realizations
coordinate development actions with internal and external stakeholders
ensure automation test coverage and durability
manage technical documentation
present and simplify technical topics within the team
act as a relay for communities
support team developers and conduct code reviews
oversee continuous integration chain functionality
assess team members’ competencies and assign proportional challenges

Exigences:

5+ years of experience in team development management
experience in application design and client interaction
solid knowledge in continuous integration chains like Jenkins or Gitlab
significant experience in branch and merge management
solid understanding of Sonar metrics and application security
proactive and autonomous
graduated with a Bac +5 (master's degree) from an engineering school, university, or equivalent

Souhaitable:

knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS services
familiarity with Kubernetes
expertise in Java 11+, SpringBoot, Angular 10+, and Node.js
experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Sonar, Ansible, Terraform, Checkmarx
