Description du poste:

Responsable développement Java for digital projects serving major players in the aeronautical and space sectors. Part of the Tech'me UP initiative focusing on technical excellence, tech image, and human development.

Responsabilités:

Validate inputs, design and estimates
Ensure good practices and quality of technical implementations
Coordinate development actions with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure sustainability and coverage of test automation
Guarantee technical documentation capitalization
Present technical topics to teams
Support team developers and conduct code reviews
Ensure proper functioning of continuous integration pipeline
Identify appropriate challenges for team members based on their capabilities

Exigences:

Master 2 degree or engineering school diploma or equivalent
Significant experience as Java Angular fullstack developer
Experience in the industrial world
Passion for the aeronautical/avionics maintenance sector
Entrepreneurial spirit
Passion for working on projects for prestigious clients
Human sense and commitment
Rigorous
Teamwork skills
Service and client relationship orientation
