Description du poste:

The job involves leading a team in a logistics depot dedicated to direct customer deliveries, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.

Responsabilités:

Ensure excellence in customer service and optimization of logistics operations
Lead a team of up to 20 people
Achieve set objectives with the depot manager
Define workload for the team considering seasonal fluctuations
Ensure execution of operations according to internal quality and safety standards
Implement and improve work methods
Ensure good working conditions for employees
Promote coordination between different departments
Identify and develop talents within the team

Managerial experience in a demanding environment
Clear and rigorous managerial posture

Mastery of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Intermediate level of English
