Description du poste:

The role involves managing and coordinating various operational tasks related to construction, maintenance, and public heritage management for the Community of Communes. The candidate will work closely with public and private partners, oversee projects, and manage a team.

Responsabilités:

Plan and coordinate construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, and management operations for equipment, buildings, and vehicle fleet
Coordinate public and private partners involved in building maintenance and energy monitoring
Supervise or provide technical support for projects in various operational areas of the Community of Communes
Work with intercommunal risk prevention services, operational teams, and support services
Monitor and control operating costs
Manage and lead the service team

Exigences:

BAC +2 in building, equipment, infrastructure, and works
Solid knowledge and experience in project management, operations, and public heritage management
In-depth knowledge of public procurement procedures, particularly public contracts
Strong writing, analysis, and synthesis skills
Teamwork, management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of local authorities and intercommunality
Listening, pedagogical, and diplomatic skills
Reactivity, adaptability, and ability to manage emergencies and unforeseen events
Initiative and autonomy in work organization
