The role involves leading a team to meet customer needs, optimizing sales and profitability, and ensuring the shop is well-stocked and in excellent condition. The candidate will work within the IKEA team to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining the IKEA Concept.

Responsabilités:

Optimising sales and profitability
Taking ownership of the product range
Promoting IKEA commercial priorities and volume commitments
Acting on commercial opportunities and customer feedback
Monitoring competition, supply, and performance analysis
Ensuring the shop is in excellent shape and fully stocked

Exigences:

Commercial mindset
Ability to inspire and lead a team
Ability to make quick decisions and take initiative
Ability to identify business priorities and reorganize work around them
Professional experience in retail or customer service
Team management experience
Interest in the home furnishing sector
Ability to communicate in French (written and oral)
