Description du poste:

Responsable de Service Support à l'Approvisionnement working alongside the Logistics Department Manager to lead the Replenishment team and ensure product availability and assortment management at IKEA stores in Gonesse, France.

Responsabilités:

Lead the Replenishment team to secure and constantly improve product availability and assortment management
Guarantee product availability, launch of new products on scheduled date, and implementation of commercial offers to increase revenue
Connect expected revenue and sales forecasts for optimal replenishment
Use commercial calendar to manage timely product arrival in stores
Actively participate in developing store business plan and define team objectives
Participate in inventory process (counting, analysis, and management)
Ensure team knows and respects all health, safety, and environmental provisions
Contribute to identifying and developing talents within the team

Exigences:

First confirmed experience (3 to 5 years) as a manager in a very dynamic commercial or logistics environment
Real leadership position in team management (approx. 6 people)
Ability to communicate with impact, clearly and inspiringly at all levels
Ability to inspire change and unite teams around a common objective
Global vision of commercial strategy to interact with both stores and supply chain
Patience, initiative, and taste for challenge
Demonstrated ability in developing, implementing, and monitoring short-term action plans
Strong analytical and organizational skills and interest in logistics
Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to track, analyze, and present results
Written comprehension and expression in English required
