Responsabilités:

Alongside the Logistics Department Manager, you lead the Supply Support team to secure and constantly improve the availability and management of the assortment
In collaboration with the sales team, you guarantee the fluidity of sales, the launch of new products on time and the implementation of promotional actions in order to increase turnover
You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of new products and promotions to increase sales
You will optimize replenishments by managing sales forecasts and orders in accordance with the sales calendar
You will be actively involved in developing the store business plan and defining your team's objectives
You will participate in the analysis of inventory discrepancies
You are responsible for ensuring that your team is aware of and complies with all health, safety and environmental regulations
You help identify and develop talent within the team

Exigences:

You are able to work at both the strategic and operational levels and have excellent analytical skills
You are able to work effectively with a team, set priorities, delegate responsibilities and provide open and honest feedback
You have a strong interest in logistics and working in a very dynamic and changing environment
You have a demonstrated ability to develop, implement and monitor short-term action plans
You have management experience, preferably in commerce and/or logistics
Ability to communicate in English would be a plus
