Responsabilités:

Ensure a good shopping experience for customers throughout their journey
Support customer culture throughout the store
Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary actions to reduce customer dissatisfaction factors and other cost factors
Be attentive to customer feedback for improving store operations
Involve the team in achieving objectives to develop motivation and inspiration
Recruit, develop, and lead the team
Contribute to the implementation of service agreements with internal and external partners

Exigences:

Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a team in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Ability to identify priorities, make quick decisions, and take initiatives
Professional experience in a customer service or sales-oriented activity (preferably in retail) and team management experience
Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
