Job at IKEA, an international leader in home furnishing solutions, for a Graphic Communication Service Manager. The role involves creating and deploying graphic solutions, working with the Communication & Layout Manager, and ensuring the visual identity of IKEA is maintained in store communications.

Responsabilités:

Create and deploy clear, coherent, and correctly placed graphic solutions
Use mastery of IKEA's graphic and visual identity to plan and implement store communication that supports the presentation of the assortment
Mobilize expertise on the concept, visual identity, and tone of voice of IKEA, as well as on purchasing behaviors, to facilitate the purchasing process
Define standards and expectations and play an active role in sharing best practices with the Communication & Layout team
Keep an active watch on market practices in terms of communication to draw new ideas to always surprise the visitor
Recruit and develop your team, with the support of the Head of the Communication & Layout department

Exigences:

Recognized as a leader who can motivate collaborators in a climate of trust and creativity
Likes working in a team
Can organize work and that of others to meet objectives within deadlines
Excellent level of French, both oral and written
Good ability to communicate in English
Mastery of graphic design software (Adobe Creative suite) and production tools
Training in graphic communication, media, and typography
Significant professional experience in a commercial environment
