IKEA is looking for a Responsable de Service Communication Graphique to join their team in Henin Beaumont, France. The role involves creating and deploying graphic solutions, working with the Communication & Layout team, and ensuring the visual identity of IKEA is maintained. The candidate should have significant experience in a commercial environment and be proficient in French and English.

Responsabilités:

Create and deploy clear, coherent, and correctly placed graphic solutions
Use mastery of IKEA's graphic and visual identity to plan and implement store communication
Define standards and expectations
Share best practices with the Communication & Layout team
Monitor market communication practices for new ideas
Recruit and develop the team

Exigences:

Recognized as a leader who motivates collaborators in a climate of trust and creativity
Likes working in a team
Ability to organize work and meet deadlines
Excellent level of French, both oral and written
Good communication skills in English
Mastery of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and production tools
Training in graphic communication, media, and typography
Significant professional experience in a commercial environment
