As an apprentice at IKEA, you will benefit from training and invitations to dedicated events to better integrate and deepen your discovery of the company. You will learn to manage the activity of the Restaurant where you offer tasty, healthy, sustainable, and affordable products from the IKEA menu.

Responsabilités:

Manage the activity of the Restaurant
Ensure the Restaurant is always in perfect condition
Ensure the setup of products respecting basic measures, commercial priorities, and Swedish identity to maximize sales
Propose to integrate the Restaurant into commercial calendar activities to create vitality and develop sales
Optimize orders and inventory levels to maximize profitability
Collect customer feedback to always improve our practices and customer experience
Implement the Group and France strategy in terms of sustainable development
Recruit, lead and develop your team with the support of the Restaurant Department Manager

Exigences:

Follow a training in Hospitality and Catering Management or a general training in Management/Commerce with a real interest in the Catering sector
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of your concerns
Desire to share your taste for cooking and your sense of commerce and service with customers
Ability to plan and organize work in a very dynamic environment
Analytical skills to identify all commercial opportunities to develop the business
Recognized ability to manage multiple issues and coach a team
Ability to communicate in English is a plus
