• Ensure the Restaurant is always in perfect condition
• Ensure product setup respecting basic measures, commercial priorities, and Swedish identity to maximize sales
• Propose to integrate the Restaurant into commercial calendar activities to create vitality and develop sales
• Optimize orders and inventory levels to maximize profitability
• Encourage food safety culture
• Ensure collaborators know and respect routines in their daily work
• Collect customer feedback to improve practices and customer experience
• Implement Group and France sustainable development strategy
• Recruit, lead and develop the team with the support of the Restaurant Department Manager

• Experience as a leader inspiring and motivating a team
• Customer satisfaction focus
• Passion for cooking and sense of commerce and service
• Ability to plan and organize work in a dynamic environment
• Analytical skills to identify commercial opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple issues and coach a team
• Previous professional experience in service, preferably in the restaurant sector
