The 'Health - Third-Party Payer' activity is looking for its new manager to orchestrate its developments and manage the dedicated IT team. As a field manager, you will be in charge of a team of 9 people, in the payment sector, covering both the functional and technical development of the offer.
Responsabilités
Supervising, leading, animating, mobilizing, and developing the team members (analyst, project manager, developer, tech lead, tester) and maintaining a good atmosphere within the team
Establishing, coordinating, and monitoring the team's action plan in consultation with the domain manager
Piloting and reporting on projects in support of the project manager
Relationship with the project owner, partners, suppliers, and service provider companies
Use of good practices and tools in place within the group
Risk coverage, service maintenance, compliance with standards (ISO9001, ISO27001, PCIDSS...), monitoring of indicators, quality of deliverables, and response to business actors' needs
Exigences
First experience as a Manager or ability to demonstrate capability
Good general technical knowledge, ideally in C#, COBOL, Oracle & DB2
Project management, risk measurement, and mastery of the quality-costs-delays triad
Ability to adapt and adopt an Agile or V-cycle methodology
Enthusiasm for gaining experience in e-commerce/marketplace development and business
Good synthesis and analytical skills and common sense
Management style that is a perfect blend of participative, delegative, persuasive, and directive when needed
Ability to unite a team to achieve a common goal and overcome obstacles
Humility and ability to rely on team members and their expertise
Viewing process following as a means to master activities under responsibility
Ability to manage human relationships and defuse conflicts
Love for challenges, learning, and perseverance
Autonomous with a great capacity for initiative and being a source of proposals

Validated BAC +2, BAC +3, BAC +4, or BAC +5 (or in progress)
