Description du poste:

Under the responsibility of the management, you will be in charge of structuring, consolidating, and leading internal and external communication in an innovative way. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including operational teams, to optimize the impact of communication actions and strengthen the Group's reputation.

Responsabilités:

Define and implement communication plan for Office Santé Campus
Collaborate with development teams to adapt communication actions
Support commercialization of Office Santé spaces with targeted communication
Create relevant and attractive content for various communication channels
Organize events to engage healthcare professionals
Implement and oversee digital strategy
Strengthen employer brand through internal and external events
Conduct competitive analysis
Monitor and analyze impact of communication actions

Exigences:

5 years of experience in communication or marketing
Mastery of communication strategy and operational deployment
Proficiency in digital tools (Adobe suite, video editing)
Strong writing skills
Ability to adapt to different targets
Organized and rigorous project management
Creative and proactive approach

Souhaitable:

Experience in healthcare sector
Ability to innovate while respecting company DNA
