As a Financial and Administrative Manager, you will report to one of the Division Managers and you will join a team where dynamism, transversality and cohesion reign. A true Business Partner, you will be in charge of the complete monitoring of a common fund of receivables.
Responsabilités
Recurring financial monitoring of the project company
Maintenance and control of a smooth invoicing process
Management and projection of cash flow
Relationship with the company's operational staff
Compliance with financing documentation
Steering the entire closing process
Performing the company's management control
Reliability of data reported in the EPM
Budget construction and monitoring
Semi-annual update of the company's Operational Financial Model
Construction and monitoring of any ad-hoc financial reporting
Relationship with the pool of lenders
Guarantor of accounts, main contact with the statutory auditors
Main contact for ad-hoc missions of the project company
Relay point for administrators, preparation and participation in Management Committees
Monitoring and relationship with the various departments involved in the Project
Responsible for many topics related to company administration
Responsible for legal events
Responsible for the company's CSR reporting
Responsible for ad-hoc reporting
Responsible for the company's internal control
Exigences
Bac+5 diploma in Business School or Engineering School
Minimum 5 years of experience
Ideally 1 experience in project financing
Mastery of financial statement analysis
Comfort with accounting
Advanced mastery of Excel (Pivot tables, formulas)
Occasional ability to converse in English
Souhaitable
Knowledge of Power BI or an EPM
