Description du poste:

Looking for an Expert in Digital Accessibility to lead and support digital accessibility efforts for software projects, web interfaces, and editorial content, ensuring compliance and developing best practices.

Responsabilités:

Understand the challenges of internal clients and Software entities
Contribute to UX/UI design by ensuring accessible interfaces and workflows
Audit websites, mobile apps, and components using RGAA and WCAG criteria
Recommend technical and functional solutions for compliance and continuous improvement
Support development teams in correcting, integrating, and testing digital accessibility criteria
Write guides and best practices for internal teams
Maintain awareness of updates to RGAA and WCAG standards.

Exigences:

Professional experience of at least 5 years, with specialization in Digital Accessibility and/or similar functions
Strong understanding of accessible UX/UI issues and Front-end development taking into account RGAA and WCAG standards
Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2), additional language proficiency is a plus
Experience in compliance projects and monitoring their execution
Strong ability to innovate and persuade.

Souhaitable:

Proficiency in an additional language
Experience in coaching and training on accessibility topics.
