An ambitious project starting in summer 2025 offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative Salesforce technologies. Based in Nantes, the role involves collaboration with sector experts to develop cutting-edge applications and implement new features. The project presents exciting technological challenges and long-term professional growth opportunities, focusing on integrating and advancing top technologies.

Responsabilités:

Manage the source code process for the Salesforce platform as part of internal sprints
monitor the technical scope (run) and organize version upgrades in coordination with the Tech lead
support the evolution and impacts within the system
ensure deployments comply with environments like Development, Recette, Test non-regression, and Quality
coordinate and align between all stakeholders involved in version management and software configuration, such as Salesforce Administrator and Lead Dev Salesforce.

Exigences:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
ideally holds Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of developers
technical expertise in Salesforce development and integration, including best development practices
excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate with teams effectively
ability to identify and resolve complex technical problems
adaptability to new technologies and project changes
strong skills in writing and maintaining clear and detailed technical documentation.
